Add an attachment
- Open the task and its attachments area.
- Choose Take photo, Choose photos, Record audio, or Choose file.
- Select the material and wait for the upload or pending state to resolve.
- Open the attachment to confirm it is the intended file.
Capture a photo or voice note
Allow camera or microphone access when your browser asks. If permission was blocked, update this site’s browser permissions and try again. The available capture controls depend on browser and device support.
Choose Record audio to begin and Stop to finish. The recording limit is ten minutes. Check the resulting attachment and its upload state before assuming another device can open it.

Supported material
Supported types include common images, PDFs, text and CSV files, Office documents, and supported audio formats. A format may download rather than display directly when the browser cannot preview it.
Video files, archives, executables, HTML, and SVG are not accepted as task attachments. Documentation videos are separate public learning material.
Check before deleting
Delete attachment removes the uploaded item after confirmation; it is not a way to clear only this browser’s cache. It may remove supporting material other people use. Read the filename and confirmation before deleting.
