Follow the walkthrough
- Open Focus and choose Stopwatch.
- Tap Start and work on your task.
- Tap Pause when interrupted.
- Tap Resume to continue, then Pause again when you need a break.
- Use Save for eligible tracked time when you finish. Reset discards the timer.
What this demonstration confirms
The native elapsed-time display responds to Start, Pause and Resume. This brief demonstration does not save a history entry or verify server synchronization, background alerts or completed Pomodoro sessions.
