Choose the right channel

| Private support | Account questions or details that should not be public. |
Write a useful bug report
- Describe the action you were trying to complete.
- List the shortest sequence that reproduces the problem.
- Explain what you expected and what happened instead.
- Include your platform and app/browser version.
- Attach a screenshot only after removing private information.
