These instructions describe native app features that depend on your installed build. The web documentation does not establish an iOS or Android store release.

Use the five main destinations

DestinationPurpose
HomeReview the day and useful summaries.
TasksCreate, browse, search, filter, and organize task trees.
CalendarPlan with Month, Week, Day and Agenda views in supporting builds.
FocusUse the focus timer and stopwatch.
MoreManage categories, tags, saved views, collaboration, statistics, settings, and account.

Keep task navigation compact

Use the Tasks view picker and filter controls to switch context. More is the management area for categories and tags; you do not need to keep those management pages open while working through a list.

Open and edit a task

Tap a task to open its details. Use the editor’s sections to reach organization, timing, notes, and supporting material. Phone keyboards and sheets differ from desktop drawers.

Check the installed version

A mobile website screenshot describes the responsive web app. It is not proof that a feature exists in the installed native build. In particular, use the web Task Maps workspace for the map guides in this library.
